mr chan

“My name is Mr Chan and I am the boss at Chan & Chan Marketing. I am a boss who is very concerned about my employees, concerned that they work for me well and earn me big bucks. My employees need to work more. What else do you expect from employees? My ambition is to be rich, richer, and the richest.
These are my rules if you want to work at my company:
1. Work will set you free.
2. If you’ve finished your work, then obviously you haven’t enough to do.
3. Work overrules everything.
4. The boss is always right”.

“People say I’m the ultimate suck-up. I get it; maybe to them, it looks a bit extreme. But listen, in the corporate world, there’s no faster way up than to keep the boss happy. It’s not just about working hard – it’s about understanding who holds the keys to the top and proving that you’re willing to go all the way.
From the first day I met my boss, Mr. Chan (from Chan & Chan Marketing), I knew he was the one to follow. Tall, commanding, with a way of making everything feel orderly and clear.
Some people look at him and see a tough boss; I see a king setting the rules for his kingdom. That kind of vision makes you want to stick around, no matter what anyone else says. People whisper that I might even be in love with him. Maybe it’s respect, maybe admiration… maybe something more, like wanting to save the world together. Is that so wrong?
When I hear my colleagues call me the “biggest suck-up,” I don’t get upset. If it gets me closer to Mr. Chan and his vision, I embrace it.
I believe that, you “do what you can to rise,” and if others can’t handle it, maybe they’re just not as dedicated. Sure, my colleagues might laugh, but if they put in half my effort, they’d get closer to him too. But they won’t – because they don’t see what I see.
How far would I go? I mean, I wouldn’t kill anyone… I think. But what’s the big deal in pushing a little harder, showing loyalty, being Number 2? And honestly, once when one of my colleagues slip up, I’ll finally be Mr. Chan’s right hand, managing the company together. Isn’t that the dream?
People may think my loyalty is funny. But they’re missing the point. Working hard, sticking by someone you respect, giving it your all – that’s not a joke. It’s dedication. Because as Mr. Chan always says, “Work will set you free.” And I believe every word.”
