When the lights dimmed and the crowd roared, ONEUS, the K-pop group, hit the stage for their last show of their (2nd) World Tour at Zepp KL, Malaysia! And with that, the vibe from all the Malaysian fans were amazing! Even though they didn’t speak the same language, ONEUS and their fans still connected, chatting with the help of translators.
Among the crowd, there were fans who stood out for their extraordinary dedication. One group came straight from an open house, dressed in traditional Malay attire, just to catch ONEUS live.
“We just got back from an open house, so we didn’t have time to change our outfit for the event, we came with our baju raya outfit which seems out of place but we didn’t care. To our surprise ONEUS also wore baju melayu to celebrate Raya for the fans. After it ended, we headed to another open house and continued celebrating Raya.”
And then there were the twins from Terengganu, who traveled from afar to see their beloved group, even opting to stay at a hotel just to ensure they wouldn’t miss a moment of the concert.
“Everyone says we look underaged without our parents here, but we’re actually both 19! We’re both twins! From Terengganu. Kita datang ke KL nak tengok ONEUS punya concert! Our beloved idols. We booked a hotel to stay near the concert area just to attend. We picked these outfits especially for this event. In the future, if ONEUS does the concert again, we definitely want to come again!”
Feeling the love from the fans, ONEUS gave a big shoutout to everyone who supported them by making a compilation of their fans’ videos welcoming them to Malaysia for their concert. ONEUS feels that they couldn’t have done it without their amazing fans!
Commenting on how Malaysia was hot, ONEUS had a blast exploring the country. Though they are not used to the weather, they are still happy to come to see their fans. But wait, this time they wore awesome Malay clothes to honor their Malaysian fans – so much so, that one of the artistes (who was a gym rat) had trouble squeezing into his baju melayu.
They regret that on their first tour, they missed out on Malaysia – but they made sure to make it up this time, making their Malaysian fans super happy.
After the show, ONEUS chilled with their fans, and pranked their fans into taking photos together. However – they instead old videos of when they first stated their journey together.
As the night wrapped up, some fans rushed to grab merchandise to remember the awesome night.
It was fans like these who truly made the concert a night to remember, embodying the spirit of dedication and passion that defines the K-pop fandom.
